Acceptance Notifications and Speaker Communication

Acceptance or rejection notifications will be sent by 15th December 2026. At that time, you will be required to reconfirm your acceptance and participation in the conference.

All acceptance notifications and speaker-related communications will be sent via email to the primary presenter. It is the presenterโ€™s responsibility to notify the Organizing Committee of any changes to their email address.

We strongly recommend using a personal email account (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) rather than an institutional or university email address, as institutional firewalls may block important communications.

Eligibility for Abstract Submission

The presenting author/speaker must be a member of IAAPS. Abstract submissions are open only to qualified Plastic Surgeons, Plastic Surgery Trainees, and Residents.

Conference Registration Requirement

Please note that all speakers are required to register for the conference and pay the applicable registration fees.

As per the guidelines, one participant can submit only two abstracts. More than two abstract submissions from the same participant are not permitted.
